I have tried so many different companies for my vaping products and TECC are the best by far for value, product range and customer service. I have been a regular customer for some time now and my orders are always super fast to arrive and I absolutely love their own brand e-liquids. With my most recent order, I accidentally ordered the wrong battery for my e-cigarette and I spoke to Stuart who was extremely helpful and efficient with resolving this for me. I am a very happy customer as always and it is a real pleasure to order from somewhere where the products are bob on and the staff are friendly and happy to help, thank you very much! ☺️☺️?

I had a problem with my arc 5 and contacted customer services, after speaking through live chat with Hollie it was quickly solved, Hollie is sending me a replacement, she was very helpful and so pleasant to deal with.

The Electronic Cigarette Company is an absolutely fantastic site for everything vape related. There is an amazing array of choice in terms of equipment and e-liquids. They even have a wide selection of detailed and comprehensive vaping guides, which for a novice like me, are enormously helpful. Their pricing is very competitive and deliveries arrive reliably and promptly. Their customer service (which inspired me to write this review) is SECOND TO NONE! They answer the phone quickly and don’t leave you dangling on the line for ages. Their service staff are very friendly, polite and OH SO HELPFUL! They have not only helped me give up a very heavy smoking habit, but they have seen me through lockdown and never let me down. I’d like to give a big shout out to Stuart who is one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Stopped smoking on 17 June 2020. Decided Vapes were going to help me. Bought from the corner shop first to make sure I was happy. Price was reasonable. The company has such a wide choice of items. Decided on Juuls with pods. The website is so easy to look through. Found the same items £2.00 cheaper per item. That makes a huge difference, especially given they deliver on time. Usually arrive 24/48 hours after order. Ordered multiple times now and never had a problem. Would seriously recommend this company as trustworthy, cost effective and definitely legitimate !!!

I've ordered mods, coils and most recently e liquids from these excellent people. Their prices are amazing (probably the best around) their eliquids are really nice, certainly the 6 or 7 flavours I've tried so far from their own range. Very good product. What really blows me away, living in the North of Scotland, is how fast the stuff arrives. My last 3 orders have arrived in under 24hrs!!! Fantastic ?

Not my first order nor a particularly large order but they do make you feel valued regardlessOrdered online and the process was very quick and easy - they have a very good range of everything for the vaper - most of which goes above my head - I keep it simple - but nice to see they cater for everyone from relative novice( me) to more experienced that are into vaping big time- I found a battery (mod?) I like - am lucky to still own two 5ml tanks- and have one or two flavours from one company I use - thats it as I said simple.Ordered one day and arrived well before expected date which was terrific - never had any complaints with ECC - buy with confidence
